Change Manager :: Financial Services :: Hybrid :: $1100 per day :: Initial 5 month contract.
We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to help steer a large-scale shift toward AI-enabled quality assurance automation. If you’ve led complex change in financial services environments and know what it takes to bring people along the journey, this could be the role for you.
You’ll take ownership of the full change lifecycle from early impact assessments and strategy through to go-live support and benefits realisation.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with both technology teams and frontline staff, making sure people aren’t just trained, but genuinely ready to work in new, AI-supported ways.

Key Responsibilities
- Change Strategy & Delivery: Develop and deliver a detailed change plan aligned to the ePMO framework, ensuring activity sequencing matches phased releases and business milestones.
- Impact & Readiness: Lead impact assessments across Insurance Operations, translating insights into clear actions, mitigations, and readiness outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships from the frontline through to the Executive team, creating trust and accountability to embed lasting change.
- AI Adoption: Design and roll out tailored communication and training programs to support the seamless adoption of AI platforms and automation tools.
- Risk & Governance: Work in partnership with Risk, Compliance, and Legal to align new processes with regulatory standards and actively manage change-related risks.
- Experience: Extensive in Change Management within Financial Services or Insurance.
- Methodology: Deep understanding of Prosci/ADKAR (certification highly regarded).
- Expertise: Background in technology-led change projects within regulated environments. Experience with claims quality requirements or AFCA frameworks is a plus.
- AI Exposure: Hands-on experience supporting AI, machine learning, or automation adoption is highly desirable.
- Mindset: You’re comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity, with the resilience and influence to deliver meaningful business value
