Salesforce Engineer | Apex, Lightning, Development | Aus Citizen or PR | Sydney, NSW | Hybrid (2 Days Onsite)

Sirius Technology is working with a leading organisation to secure a Salesforce Engineer for a 12-month contract. This is a hybrid role based in Sydney, NSW, requiring 2 days on-site per week. Candidates must be Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong development background with hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce platform development.
As a Salesforce Engineer, you will be responsible for building, customising, and maintaining Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with the technical team and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customise, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce.
• Implement integrations with third-party systems and internal applications.
• Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce platform.
• Contribute to platform improvements including testing, deployment, and CI/CD practices.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or Engineer with strong coding skills.
• Solid knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk).
• Experience across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Hands-on experience with integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and source control.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.
• Able to work onsite in Sydney 2 days per week and remotely for the remainder.
