Tosca Architect & Tosca Senior Engineer (Service Virtualisation) | Tricentis Tosca (OSV / Tosca Cloud), API Virtualisation, CI/CD | Contract | Melbourne | Hybrid
We are hiring for two contract positions:
• 1 x Tosca Architect – Service Virtualisation
• 1 x Tosca Senior Engineer – Service Virtualisation
This is an opportunity to play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise-grade API virtualisation solutions using Tricentis Tosca (OSV and/or Tosca Cloud).
You will be part of a high-performing integration and quality engineering function, supporting complex downstream systems and enabling parallel development through robust service virtualisation frameworks.
The Architect will lead strategy, governance, and enterprise design.
The Senior Engineer will focus on hands-on build, configuration, and support of virtual services.
Both roles are critical to enabling stable, scalable, and secure test environments across multiple programmes.
Responsibilities

• Design and/or build API virtual services using Tosca OSV or Tosca Cloud
• Identify and virtualise REST/SOAP APIs including positive, negative, timeout, and edge case scenarios
• Establish and manage virtual services across DEV / SIT / UAT environments
• Integrate Tosca into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins)
• Support integration and testing teams during development cycles
• Contribute to documentation, governance standards, and reusable virtual service assets

Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca (OSV and/or Tosca Cloud)
• Solid API knowledge (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth2)
• Experience in service virtualisation within enterprise environments
• CI/CD pipeline integration and Git-based version control
• Experience working with complex enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, LMS platforms)
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation capability
