About the Role

This is a Senior Project Manager opportunity within a leading enterprise organisation, focused on delivering a next-generation AI platform designed to enhance productivity and automate advisory workflows. Sitting within the Project Management & Portfolio Office, you will lead complex, high-impact initiatives while helping establish the structure, governance, and delivery discipline required to scale AI solutions across the organisation. The environment is early-stage, fast-moving, and experimental, requiring someone who can balance innovation with structure and confidently lead delivery in ambiguous settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across the full lifecycle:
• Discovery, design, build, UAT, deployment, hypercare, and scale
• Define and implement project governance, delivery frameworks, and operating models
• Develop and manage project plans, scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, data, product, business stakeholders)
• Manage multiple AI workflows and use cases concurrently
• Drive stakeholder engagement, including senior leadership and steering committees
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery roadblocks
• Support adoption, training, and business readiness for AI solutions
• Contribute to scaling strategy and future externalisation of the platform

Experience Required

• 8–10+ years’ experience delivering complex technology projects or programs
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager / Delivery Lead in large-scale environments
• Exposure to AI, data platforms, or advanced digital products (GenAI/LLMs highly desirable)
• Strong experience in:
  • Delivery governance (RAID, planning, reporting, steering forums)
  • Managing budgets ($2M+) and cross-functional teams (5–20+ people)
  • Stakeholder engagement across business and technical domains
• Experience working across global or enterprise environments
• Ability to build structure and processes from scratch in ambiguous environments
