QA Tester for a major Agentic AI and Generative AI automation program.You will be responsible for testing AI-powered autonomous workflows and intelligent agents, automating core operational processes including Accounts Payable, reconciliations, document processing, and exception handling.This is a rare opportunity to work at the forefront of enterprise AI product development, shaping solutions that deliver real operational impact.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced QA Tester to join a fast-moving Agentic AI automation program. You will validate AI-driven workflows across operations function ensuring high quality delivery in a progressive environment adopting emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain structured test cases
• Lead testing across Dev, UAT and Production environments.
• Validate multi-step AI/Agentic workflows and probabilistic outputs using golden datasets and thresholds.
• Build and maintain automated regression suites (Playwright preferred).
• Report defects clearly and track QA status.
• Identify risks, edge cases and uphold quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers, Product Managers and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience testing Generative/Agentic AI systems, OpenAI Agents
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and authentication/security (JWT, OAuth).
• Hands-on QA automation experience

Highly Desirable

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, copilots, or AI automation
• Experience delivering enterprise platforms or workflow automation products
