Junior Iteration Manager / Scrum Master – Contract | Hybrid | Financial Services Transformation

Key Responsibilities

Support one or more Agile squads delivering technology and platform initiatives
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Assist with backlog management, sprint coordination, and delivery tracking
Monitor delivery progress and help remove blockers impacting the team
Coordinate with engineers, testers, analysts, and business stakeholders
Maintain delivery reporting and Agile artefacts using tools such as Jira or Confluence

Skills & Experience Required

2–4 years’ experience in a Scrum Master, Iteration Manager
Experience working in an Agile delivery environment (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe)
Exposure to technology, digital, or system delivery projects
Experience within insurance, banking, superannuation, or financial services is highly regarded
Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative delivery environments
Agile certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe)
