E-Commerce & Website Coordinator
Western Sydney

On behalf of a market-leading Australian retail and distribution brand, I am looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce & Website Coordinator to join their expanding marketing team.

Our client is a household name in the building and home improvement space. They are currently undergoing significant digital growth and need a individual to take ownership of their digital storefront.

This is an opportunity to move into a role where you are the bridge between marketing, product and supply chain.

This isn't a creative design role, it’s a data and process-driven position. You will be responsible for the accuracy and performance of over 500+ complex SKUs.

Responsibilities:
  • Product Management: Managing the end-to-end setup of products, ensuring technical attributes, pricing, and imagery are 100% accurate.
  • System Synergy: Working between the internal ERP and the website to ensure stock levels and data stay in perfect sync.
  • Website Health: Monitoring site functionality, troubleshooting technical issues with developers and coordinating promotional updates.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: You’ll be a people person on-site, working closely with the Product Manager, Warehouse team and external suppliers to gather critical product information.
  • Order Flow: Overseeing online orders to ensure the customer journey from "click to delivery" is flawless.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be someone who genuinely loves data integrity and enjoys working on e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience: 2+ years in an E-commerce Coordinator, Product Coordinator, or Data Management role.
  • Technical Literacy: Proficient with e-commerce platforms (Shopify OR Magento) and comfortable navigating ERP systems.
  • Complex Attributes: Experience managing products with technical specifications is a massive plus.
  • Communication: A proactive approach, you’re happy to walk into the warehouse or call a supplier to resolve a data discrepancy.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have a mindset when it comes to pricing and product descriptions.
Why Apply?
My client offers a stable, long-term career path within a business that is actively investing in its digital future.

You’ll be joining a high-performing, friendly marketing team that values direct communication and collaborative problem-solving.
