Job Description
Mid–Senior Backend Engineer (.NET)
Full-time | Product Company | Hybrid / Remote-Friendly
We’re partnering with a fast-growing product company to hire a Mid–Senior Backend Engineer to join a small, high-performing engineering team building a modern SaaS platform used by member-based organisations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys ownership, wants exposure to product decisions, and prefers working in a collaborative, low-bureaucracy environment where shipping quality software matters more than process.
The Opportunity
You’ll join a tight-knit engineering and product team building and evolving a platform that helps organisations better connect with and serve their members through integrated CRM, finance, learning, engagement, and community tools. This role is primarily backend-focused, but engineers interested in growing broader full-stack capability will have the opportunity to do so. You’ll work closely with founders and product leaders, contributing directly to core platform capabilities while helping modernise parts of the existing system over time.
