About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join a busy production team based in Revesby. Working Monday to Friday (6:00am – 2:00pm), you’ll play a key role in manufacturing high-quality heavy and sheet metal products.
You’ll be working closely with the Production Manager and a small, collaborative team, contributing to both production output and continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join a busy production team based in Revesby. Working Monday to Friday (6:00am – 2:00pm), you’ll play a key role in manufacturing high-quality heavy and sheet metal products.
You’ll be working closely with the Production Manager and a small, collaborative team, contributing to both production output and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow quality control procedures in line with industry standards (AS1210)
- Perform welding and fabrication to meet specifications and deadlines
- Conduct inspections of welding processes and finished products
- Maintain equipment, tools, and machinery
- Ensure adherence to all workplace health & safety standards
- Collaborate with engineers and team members on design improvements
- Support implementation of process and design changes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop
- Trade qualification in Metal Engineering & Fabrication (or equivalent)
- 3–5 years’ welding/fabrication experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience with TIG, MIG, Oxy cutting, rolling, press, guillotine, and plasma
- Understanding of AS1210 standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-focused with a positive, proactive attitude
- Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship required
- Experience with pressure vessel welding
- Stable, permanent full-time position
