Events Professionals – Multiple Roles Available
Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 + Super (dependant on role and experience)

We are working with multiple events, expo and experential agency's around Sydney with a fast-growing leader in premium exhibitions, retail activations, trade shows, and brand experiences. Partnering with some of Australia’s most recognisable brands, we bring ideas to life through craftsmanship, innovation, and seamless execution.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking multiple Events Professionals across project management, operations, and delivery. Whether you’re an experienced Events Manager, Account Managers/Business Development Manager, Exhibition Project Manager, Event Operations Manager, or a strong Event Coordinator ready to step up, we want to hear from you.

The Opportunities May Include
● End-to-end management of exhibitions, trade shows, activations, and experiential campaigns
● Coordinating internal design, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
● Managing budgets, timelines, suppliers, contractors, and logistics
● Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
● Overseeing on-site delivery, bump-in/bump-out, and post-event reporting
● Supporting large-scale national projects across multiple industries
● Managing B2B clients, growing business and accounts 

We’re Looking For
● Experience in events, exhibitions, trade shows, or experiential marketing
● Strong project coordination or project management skills
● Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capability
● High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
● A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
● Experience BDM in the event and expo industry
