We are partnering with a household name in the Australian insurance sector to find a Mid-Level Azure DevOps Engineer to join their Infrastructure & Operations squad.

The Stack & The TaskYou’ll be the "CI/CD Specialist" within the broader DevOps team. Your mission is to ensure that code moves from a dev’s machine to production with zero friction and zero downtime.

• Primary Focus: Building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for code deployments. 
• Deployment Mastery: Implementing Blue/Green and Canary deployment strategies to minimize risk in a high-traffic environment. 
• Infrastructure: Working alongside the infra team using Terraform to ensure environments are ready for your pipelines.
• Environment: 100% Azure-native cloud setup.

What You Bring

• Experience: 3+ years in a DevOps or Site Reliability role, ideally within a regulated environment (Insurance, Banking, or Gov).
• GitHub Guru: You know GitHub Actions inside out—reusable workflows, secrets management, and runners.
• The "Dev" in DevOps: You understand the software development lifecycle and can speak the same language as the engineering teams.
• Terraform Skills: You are comfortable contributing to IaC modules to support deployment requirements.
• Automation Mindset: If you have to do it twice, you’ve already started writing the script to automate it.
