Employment Type: Full-Time, Day Shift, Permanent
Salary: $68,000-$70,000 + Super

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Forklift Driver with strong High Reach forklift skills to join a busy and dynamic food production facility in Heathwood, QLD.
This is a permanent, full-time role within a well-organised warehouse that values safety, quality, and teamwork.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods across receiving, storage, and dispatch, supporting both chilled and dry storage operations, and helping maintain stock accuracy while contributing to overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate High Reach forklifts safely and efficiently to move stock across racking and bulk storage areas
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and incoming deliveries
- Accurately store, locate, and retrieve stock in chilled and dry storage areas
- Pick, pack, and prepare food products for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards
- Complete RF scanning and maintain accurate stock records
- Assist with stock rotation, cycle counts, and inventory control
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Support production and dispatch teams during peak periods
- Follow all WHS policies and maintain a strong safety-first mindset
- Current LF Forklift Licence (High Reach essential)
- Previous experience in food production, FMCG, or high-volume warehouse environments preferred
- Strong understanding of food safety and WHS practices
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks (lifting up to 25 kg)
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
