You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods across receiving, storage, and dispatch operations. Working across both chilled and dry environments, you will help maintain stock accuracy, support production requirements, and contribute to overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate High Reach forklift safely and efficiently to move stock across racking and bulk storage areas
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and incoming deliveries
- Accurately store, locate, and retrieve stock within chilled and dry storage environments
- Pick, pack, and prepare food products for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards
- Complete RF scanning and maintain accurate stock records and documentation
- Monitor stock rotation and assist with cycle counts and inventory control
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Support production and dispatch teams during peak periods
- Follow all WHS policies and maintain a strong safety-first mindset at all times
- Current LF Forklift Licence (High Reach essential)
- Experience in food production, FMCG, or high-volume warehouse preferred
- Strong understanding of food safety and WHS practices
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks (ability to lift 25 kg)
