We’re seeking a Strong Senior / Lead Software Engineer who blends hands‑on expertise with vision. You’ll design and deliver high‑performance systems on .NET and Azure , powering critical applications for a fast‑scaling global business. In addition you will be at the forefront of AI/Vibecoding projects that can help shape the future of hte bank 

What You’ll Do              

• Contribute to solution design and architecture across complex .NET environments
• Hands-on with coding, prototyping, and supporting the implementation of critical systems
• Work closely with engineers, business analysts, vendors and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business needs
• Promote coding and architectural standards, championing best practices across the development lifecycle
• Assess emerging technologies and recommend enhancements for scalability, performance, and reliability

What You’ll Bring

• Experience as a Senior Software Engineer (or similar role) within large-scale .NET environments
• Investment Banking, Capital Markets or heavy engineering FinTech background 
• Strong technical expertise in .NET and C#
• Experience or a keen interested in the latest AI Technologies such as Vibe coding 
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and confidence working with a range of stakeholders
• A mindset grounded in quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement
