Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of real estate sales agents
- Drive sales performance and revenue growth across the office
- Implement sales strategies and campaigns to maximise listings and conversions
- Mentor and support agents with negotiations and closing deals
- Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and key stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company processes
- Proven experience in real estate sales, ideally in a leadership or senior agent role
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Highly driven, motivated and commercially focused
- Current Real Estate Licence (Victoria) or equivalent
