About the Role

We are currently partnering with a growing and well-established real estate group in the inner northern Melbourne suburbs seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven real estate professional who is passionate about leadership, growth, and delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced property market.

You will play a key role in driving revenue, mentoring agents, and implementing strategies to expand market share across residential property sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of real estate sales agents

  • Drive sales performance and revenue growth across the office

  • Implement sales strategies and campaigns to maximise listings and conversions

  • Mentor and support agents with negotiations and closing deals

  • Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and key stakeholders

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities

  • Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company processes

About You

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, ideally in a leadership or senior agent role

  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent leadership, coaching and mentoring skills

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities

  • Highly driven, motivated and commercially focused

  • Current Real Estate Licence (Victoria) or equivalent
