BATCHING OPERATOR / MACHINE OPERATOR – FOOD & BEVERAGE INDUSTRY

We’re currently seeking reliable and experienced Batching Operators / Machine Operators to join a well-established food and beverage manufacturing company in Ingleburn. This is a long-term opportunity with full-time hours on a rotating 2-week roster, covering day, afternoon, and night shifts.

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating batching and mixing equipment following set recipes and production schedules
• Measuring, blending, and preparing raw materials
• Performing quality checks during production
• Monitoring and adjusting machine settings
• Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in line with food safety standards
• Operating a forklift to move materials and stock around the site

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in batching or machine operation (food, beverage, or manufacturing preferred)
• Valid forklift licence (LF) – essential
• Strong understanding of food safety and production processes
• Must be available for all shifts on a rotating 2-week roster
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Physically fit and reliable - 25kgs manual hanlding.
