Job Description
Application Support Analyst (Graduate/Entry-Level)
Role Overview We are seeking a high-caliber Graduate Application Support Analyst to join our frontline technical team. This isn’t a standard "helpdesk" role; we are looking for a "Code-First" analyst—someone who enjoys digging into the codebase to understand how things work, rather than just following a manual.
You will be trained from the ground up to understand our infrastructure and complex code base. This is the perfect role for a technical graduate who loves problem-solving and wants to remain hands-on with technology while building professional, client-facing experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of defense for software issues, reading and analyzing code to identify bugs and performance bottlenecks.
- Infrastructure Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of how our software interacts with the broader technical environment.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the technical face of the company, translating complex technical issues into clear updates for our customers.
- Problem Resolution: Use your analytical skills to solve logical puzzles within the data and software layers.
- Education: A recent Graduate with a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a Technical Business/Science degree.
- Technical Mindset: You likely spent your degree coding. While you don’t need to be a full-time Developer, you must be able to read, understand, and navigate code.
- Natural Curiosity: You have a "builder" mindset—you want to know how the engine works, not just how to drive the car.
- Communication: You are comfortable working with customers and can maintain a professional, helpful demeanor under pressure.
- Bonus Points: Any experience or interest in Accounting/Finance is a significant plus, as it helps you understand the functional side of our software.
- Ground-Up Training: We prefer "blank slates." We provide comprehensive training to turn your academic knowledge into professional expertise.
- Tech-Centric Culture: You’ll be surrounded by people passionate about technology and logical problem-solving.
- Career Trajectory: A deep dive into our codebase provides an unparalleled foundation for a career in Software Engineering, DevOps, or Technical Consultancy.
