Agentforce Technical Consultant | LWC, Apex, Flows, Agentforce, Data Cloud | Permanent | Remote | Up To $200,000 | AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN OR PR ONLY

Sirius Technology is partnering with a global end-user client to recruit a Salesforce Technical Consultant on a permanent basis. This role has a heavy focus on Salesforce development, providing expert support to enhance and optimise their enterprise-wide Salesforce platform while collaborating with a high-performing APAC team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on developer to contribute to a large-scale Salesforce implementation, including Agentforce and Data Cloud projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders across APAC to gather, document, and prioritise Salesforce requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, including data models, process diagrams, and user stories.
• Lead and perform hands-on Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and integrations.
• Support developers and admins in implementing solutions via configuration, customisation, and integration tasks.
• Conduct functional testing and assist with UAT to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Provide ongoing user support and deliver training where required.

Skills & Experience:

• Extensive Salesforce development experience at a senior level, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and integrations.
• Hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud experience, including validation rules and security controls.
• Proven ability to gather, document, and analyse requirements in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle and SDLC principles.
• Confident working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
