Administrative Assistant 
Western Suburbs, VIC | Full-Time | On-Site | HS2 | Contract

We’re seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Emergency Medicine leadership team. If you’re organised, adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment, this role is for you.

Role:
  • Provide admin support to Directors and Clinical Leads
  • Manage calendars, meetings, agendas and minutes
  • Coordinate staff meetings, education sessions and events
  • Assist with rosters, leave, timesheets and recruitment tasks
  • Support onboarding and training compliance
  • Manage records, intranet updates, data entry and general office duties

Responsibilities:
  • Healthcare admin experience (essential)
  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, Teams
  • Able to work independently and handle competing priorities
  • Bonus: medical terminology knowledge or admin qualifications

Requirements:
  • Police Check and Work Rights Check
  • Compliance with WHS, privacy and Western Health policies
