We’re partnering with a well-regarded Not-for-Profit organisation with a strong community focus to recruit an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their warm, supportive and collaborative finance team.

In this full-time temp to perm role, you’ll report directly to the Finance Manager and take ownership of full-function Accounts Receivable, including bank reconciliations, debtor management and day-to-day financial operations.

Role Details:

• Temp to Perm
• Full Time, Monday–Friday
• $45–$50 per hour + super
• Not-for-Profit sector
• Sydney Olympic Park (onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable
• Open new accounts and conduct credit checks
• Oversee debtor collections, reminder notices and monthly statements
• Process credit notes, refunds and flexible payment plans
• Complete daily and weekly bank reconciliations
• Prepare AR reports for month-end and year-end
• Investigate and resolve AR discrepancies
• Work across systems such as BPoint, CRM/ERP platforms and document management tools
• Provide empathetic, customer-focused service to internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with general finance admin, data accuracy and ad-hoc tasks

About You You're someone who enjoys taking ownership, staying organised and working with purpose. You will bring:

• 2+ years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable role
• Strong reconciliation, collections and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Intermediate–advanced Excel and Outlook skills
• Experience using BPoint, CRM/ERP or similar systems
• NSW driver’s licence
• Accounting studies (completed or in progress) highly regarded
