Accounts Officer (Temporary)
Perth, WA | Full-Time | On-Site | 3-Month Contract
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our team on a 3-month temporary basis starting 5th January 2026. This role is ideal for someone experienced in high-volume financial processing who thrives in a fast-paced, accuracy-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and address queries, including account reconciliations
• Raise Purchase Orders for property, utilities, and projects
• Manage weekly payment batches, including file creation, transfers, and reconciliation
• Raise client invoices and Purchase Orders (monthly utilities and cleaning invoices)
• Prepare journals and assist with monthly utilities accrual

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in accounts processing or finance administration
• High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with high transaction volumes
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams
• Willing to under go a Police Check and Work Rights Check
