$100,000 + Super + Bonus (negotiable)

Are you ready to bring a little more creativity into your life? My Client, a leading design, branding, and creative packaging agency is on the lookout for a detail-oriented Account Manager who prides themselves on delivering top-notch client services to small and multi-million dollar companies in Australia.

Reporting to the MD, your duties will include;

• Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with Clients

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring overall client satisfaction

• Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and project objectives and liaise this with Graphic Designers and internal/external teams

• Handling projects from start to finish - with support from the entire team

• Project managing a new brand of a client company

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of design projects, ensuring they align with client expectations and quality standards

What do you need?

• Previous experience in account management and/or project management

• Print/graphic design knowledge

• Highly detail-oriented with a creative nature

• Organised and adaptive

• Process and results-driven

• A natural peoples person
