Recruitment involves a lot of manual, repetitive tasks that can slow things down and create inconsistency. AI helps us remove that friction by handling structured, non-judgement-based parts of the process.

Why does Stephanie have a human-like face if she is not human?
Stephanie has been designed with a human like presence to make the experience more engaging and approachable. She represents the tools we use to support recruitment, not a real person or decision maker.
Stephanie's digital avatar was created using licensed, consensual technology.
Is AI deciding my outcome?
No. AI supports the screening process by capturing and structuring your responses, but all decisions are reviewed and made by our recruitment team.
How do I know AI is not biased?
We use structured questions based on the job description and consistent processes to reduce the subjective bias often found in traditional screening.
Sensitive attributes such as gender, age and ethnicity are excluded from search and ranking processes. Our technology partners also conduct indepenedent assessment to monitor and minimise bias.
AI helps standardise the experience, while our recruiters review outcomes to ensure fairness, context and human judgement are aplied before any decisions are made.
What happens to my data?
Your information is used to assess your suitability for roles, match you to opportunities and improve our recruitment processes, based on the consent you provide.
We may also use anonymised insights from your responses to inform market insights shared with clients and candidates (e.g. salary expectations and availability trends).
Your identity is never disclosed, all data is handled securely in line with our privacy obligations.
Can I still be screened by a human?
Yes, your answers are always going to reviewed by a human but if you do not wish to complete the AI screening process. You can email marketing@siriuspeople.com.au and we can provide alternative options.
