Rajiv (Raju) Parrab
Chairman
| |
Raju joined the board of Sirius in December 2010 as an executive director and is
a member of the Remuneration, Nomination and Audit committees.
His past roles have included CEO and Managing Director roles within the Consolidated
Press Holdings Group of Companies (CPH), CEO / MD of various companies, including
global entities and regional company(s) in both ANZ and Asia.
He also worked in North America and Europe and has held Board positions in both
public and private companies.
Raju has worked within the IT&T industry (including IBM Canada), in various
industry and government sectors and brings to the company experiences gained
over the last 30 years. Senior executive positions have included strategy,
operations, services, business development (including channels), sales,
marketing, international product development and consultancy positions. He has
an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo, Canada and
has participated in Finance and Accounting studies in Canada.

David Mandel
Executive Director and Acting CEO (until February 12, 2012)

David joined the board of Sirius in May 2011 and is a member of the Remuneration and Nomination committee and Chair of the Audit Committee of the company.
His past roles have included senior executive roles within Smorgon Consolidated Industries and Visy Industries and his roles have also included Managing Director roles for Riverwood Cartons Pty Ltd,
an Australian subsidiary of Riverwood International Inc, a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. In Australia he had responsibility for revenue of over $125 million and over 600 employees.
Most recently David has completed various consulting engagements for a number of biotech, industrial and technology companies, and also holds a number of board positions with both public and private companies in Australia.
David holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry attained from the University of Sussex in England and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK) and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Anthony (Tony) Onsley
Managing Director and CEO (commencing February 13, 2012)

Tony joins Sirius in February 2012 as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer and will also be a member of the Remuneration, Nomination and Audit committees.
Tony has held a number of executive leadership roles including Managing Director & Group General Managers for S.C. Johnson (Australia & New Zealand),
CEO for Moore Business Systems and most recently Executive General Manager - Strategy & Growth for GEON Group.
He has extensive executive leadership, strategic planning , sales, marketing and business development experience across a number of industry sectors,
including large B2B solution services.
Tony holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the UNSW and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Australian Institute of Company Directors.
