Roger Mason

Roger Mason
Non-Executive Director/Chairman
(Age 65)

Roger was the founding Chairman and Managing Director of Sirius and, together with family interests, remains the Company’s major shareholder. In February 2006, Roger moved to his current part-time role of Executive Chairman. He is Chairman of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee. He led Sirius from being a small business to a publicly listed company and remains strongly committed to the Company’s success. Roger is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Frank Licciardello

Francesco (Frank) Licciardello
Managing Director/Company Secretary
(Age 35)

Frank joined Sirius in March 2006 as Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer. In May 2006 he became joint Company Secretary and in August of 2006 was appointed CEO of the Group. Frank has been involved in the IT&T sector for a decade, and having held executive positions with both public and private companies globally. He has worked with established vendors and resellers and with technology companies in their infancy. Most recently he was Executive Director and CFO-Pacific for Genesys, a subsidiary of a global conferencing company specialising in virtual communication and collaboration services.

Frank is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the ASCPA.

Arthur Lagos

Arthur joined the Board of Sirius in February 2006 and is a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration and Nomination Committee. Arthur is one of the original founding members of Sirius and has a broad knowledge of the IT and telecommunications industry. Arthur has an entrepreneurial business background, a track record in profit growth, customer satisfaction and improving business efficiencies, and he owns and operates a successful IT services company.

Arthur is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Keith Goss

(Age 55)

Keith joined the Board of Sirius in August 2007 as a Non-Executive Director. Keith has a successful entrepreneurial background having had extensive experience in Finance, Insurance and Investment. He founded BMG Finance Pty Ltd and Link Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd in 1989 , the latter providing the foundation for KEY Insurance Company Pty Ltd that he founded in 1997. KEY Insurance Company was acquired by Australian Unity in 2001.

Keith has a Masters in Business (specializing in Corporate Finance) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), he is also a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) and a Certified Insurance Professional (CIP).

Peter Torre

Peter Torre
Joint Company Secretary
(Age 36)

Peter joined Sirius in February 2008 in the position of Joint Company Secretary.

Peter is a Director of Torre Corporate (previously Prospera Corporate), a specialised corporate secretarial firm. Peter holds a Bachelor of Business, is a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Secretary and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Prior to establishing Prospera Corporate, Peter was a partner of an internationally affiliated firm of chartered accountants, working within its corporate services division for over nine years where he also held the position of Chairman of the National Corporate Services Committee.

Peter is a Director of ASX Listed Carbine Resources Limited and ORT Limited and the Company Secretary of other public listed companies.
